Pricing policy

Prices are shown in € (EURO). Prices do not include service, payment and delivery charges. Orders may be subjected to local taxes and/or import duties at your own expense.

Orders

We ship your order depending on the availability of the fabric or shirt. If it is in stock we ship it on the following working day. For the shirts this can take 3-4 days longer. To follow the goods, you can track your order with the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation, which you get by e-mail as soon as we dispatch your order.

Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 workdays from the time you place your order. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. If a delivery suffers a delay or an item happens to be out of stock, you will be informed by e-mail as quick as possible and latest 30 days after the order was placed.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

A normal order should take 2-5 days for processing and another 2-5 days for shipment. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

CASE Antwerp is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

DAMAGES

CASE Antwerp is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs will be calculated at check-out. All Benelux and German orders get free shipping over an amount of 99 euros. 

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We hope that you enjoy your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied -for any reason- with your purchase, the possible to return it to us for a refund of the price of the product. View below to read our return policy.  

 

RETURN POLICY

All items must be returned within 15 days after the day of purchase. The items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached. Return costs will be covered by the customer.

 

RETURN PROCES

If you want to return a product you must send a mail to our customer service: info@caseantwerp.com to get a return label. After receiving the label you must place the products in its original packaging with your proof of purchase and  send this package to the address that's on the label.  

REFUNDS 

After receiving your return we will check the condition. Keep in mind that it can take up to 14 days to process the return. We will send you an e-mail to keep you up to date about the process of your return.
